Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm ACST are usually dispatched on the same business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
We use Australia Post to ship the majority of our packages, so please check their postage and delivery calculator for estimated delivery times to your area. Please note we dispatch from Darwin, NT 0810. Delivery may take longer to some rural areas.
Orders will be processed during normal ACST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

Tracking your package is easy! Your tracking number is located in the shipping confirmation email you receive when your package leaves our warehouse, and all you have to do is enter this tracking number at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
Customs Import Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country, goods purchases from us may be subject to your local customs and duty taxes. Golden Goat Global is not liable for this cost. Please check with your local authorities.
Returns, Warranties & Conditions
In addition to your legal rights, we allow a refund or exchange for all goods (excluding promotional goods) returned within 30 days of purchase if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale. If goods are purchased between 1 December and 25 December, we will allow a refund or exchange of those goods if returned by 26 January the following year if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale.
Some of our goods come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer against defects. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will assess a warranty claim in accordance with your legal rights, upon receipt of a proof of purchase and inspection of the returned good.Please note, Golden Goat Global does not bear the cost of returning the goods.
